Welcome Attorney Cheri Hatanaka

We are happy to announce that Cheri Hatanaka has joined our firm as a Contract Attorney as of January 2018. She has been licensed in California since 2009, but previously practiced in Arizona starting in 2005. As of 2014 she has acted as an Advisory Board Member for the Family Resource Network of Alameda County. Further, she has negotiated disability services with governmental agencies, including school districts, Medi-Cal, regional centers, California Children’s Services, and Alameda Social Services (IHSS).  Between 2005-2008, she worked as a Prosecutor for the Cochise County District Attorney's Office, prosecuting cases related to domestic violence and sexual abuse. She attended The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and received a BA in Economics from UC Santa Cruz. She is proficient in American Sign Language.
